US Consumer Protection (USCP) is a private organization committed to providing individuals with information on their consumer legal rights and to offer protection from fraudulent business practices.

Our staffs of experts are fully trained in the field of consumer law and are available to assist consumers in settling business matters to their satisfaction. In addition, we also provide businesses with guidance and direction on consumer law, policy and regulations and an opportunity to drive consumers to their businesses.

About the Founder

The founder and CEO of USCP, Frank Del Vecchio, began his career in law enforcement more than twenty years ago. As the former director of public safety, Mr. Del Vecchio understands the need for businesses to be held accountable and he understands the hardships created when a consumer is victimized by a business. During his tenure he developed a plan to reshape consumer protection in Bergen County. Under his leadership the division expanded its authority, operated more efficiently and became more effective at resolving consumer complaints. In fact, during this time more money was refunded to consumers as a result of satisfactory dispute resolutions than at any previous time in the history of Bergen County.

In order to continue the mission, Mr. Del Vecchio launched the US Consumer Protection, LLC to continue to protect consumers and promote reputable businesses. USCP is a company that consumers can turn to for assistance in resolving disputes and reputable businesses can turn to USCP for advice and assistance.
