In addition, we assist consumers in filing legitimate complaints against businesses and work towards solving the complaint to their satisfaction (e.g. a full refund).

Our Pledge to our Business Members:

USCP works closely with partner companies to ensure they provide excellent and ethical services to the public. USCP approved organizations are monitored and evaluated based on strict procedural criteria and the USCP core values. The core values underlying our mission are based on consumer law and superior customer service. Businesses who meet our criteria are listed on our website and are provided with a seal of approval to display on their website and/or their business location.
